Questions and Answer Database

Important Notes:
While using questions to solidify your knowledge is absolutely essential, I do not prescribe to the notion that online mock examinations is a great way to study.
The typical Q&A database contains between 9000 and 11 000 questions - with four possible answers each. That equates to around 40 000 possible answers each. If you were to spend just 10 seconds thinking about each possible answer, you will spend about 6600 minutes.
Of that you spend around 4700 minutes evaluating incorrect answers - not to mention that you now start automatically memorising incorrect answers. If you are lucky enough to "spot" a question in the exam, you might now easily become uncertain of the correct answer as they all "feel" familiar. This process slows down the study process dramatically.
While going through the study process one needs the relevant questions and correct answers, before you study. All you need to know is WHY it is the correct answer - otherwise it is back to the theory. Once you can answer all these questions correctly, you can still do online mock exams if you want. But in my experience you will now be ready to pass the examination.
The quickest way through the questions: PRINT my questions single sided and staple/file them together. Now start at question 1 and run them through in 45 min sessions, with 15 min breaks in between. Use a highlighter to mark the questions to which you do not understand the answers. Do not get side-tracked - keep going until you completed all the questions for this subject.
Now take a good break - after which you now focus on only the questions you did not understand/marked. You dive into the theory, Google, phone-a-friend, etc. Once you understand the question and answer, you write down the solution/calculation next to it (hence the single-sided printing).
Now you repeat the process - start with question 1 again and (using a different colour highlighter) repeat all the questions, looking for any question you do not comprehend. Typically most students will be on top of all the Q&A after the third repetition. By using my suggested process, my students maintain a pass-rate of around 80% for any examination, at first attempt. My full-time students typically complete all their CPL examinations on average in around 12 weeks, from opening a book the first time.
My Questions and Answers are all included in this Syllabus.
